Amber Fort

The main attraction of Jaipur Tourism, it is a perfect and magnificent example of Hindu architecture. Originally built in beautiful white and red stones, the Amber Fort dominates the city from the hill of the Eagle, in the Aravalli range. At Amber Fort, after passing the superb Ganesh Gate, you will discover superbly decorated rooms, where members of the royal family lived, as well as the striking Palace of Mirrors or Jai Mandir: the ceilings and walls of this building are encrusted with glass panels and mirrors to reflect the candlelight – a wonderful sight!

Jaigarh Fort

Neighbors to the Amber Fort, the forts of Jaigarh (to the north) and Nahargarh (to the south) form a superb defensive complex: we recommend that you visit these two fortress-palaces as well! Each will give you a superb view of the region from their ramparts. In Jargarh, a former center of cannon production, you can also admire a huge 50 ton cannon.

Hawa Mahal

The Hawa Mahal is one of the most beautiful monuments of the pink city! Built of red and pink sandstone, the palace sits not far from the City Palace, bordering the royal harem. Its initial purpose was to allow the ladies of this one to observe the life and festivities of the street without being seen.
